Precision Commercial Architects, originally known as Philip Carnes and Associates, is a small architectural firm located in Alpharetta, Georgia, founded over 35 years ago by Philip Carnes and has been owned and run by A. Craig Waldron since Philip's passing in 2008. PCA brings to bear considerable experience and expertise to all of our projects and pride ourselves on our responsiveness. We react swiftly and positively to what our clients may need, whether it be a new building, an addition or renovation, or a job site question from the contractor. We have a firm grasp on the importance of budgets, overall costs, and scheduling. PCA employees understand and appreciate the design-by-committee concept and function well in that environment.
