For over 35 years we have provided architectural services throughout the state of Georgia and the Southeast.   Precision Commerical Architects was originally known as Philip Carnes & Associates and was incorporated in March of 1974 in Atlanta, Georgia, by Philip Carnes.  Philip Carnes was actively involved until his passing in October of 2008.   Craig Waldron, Phil's long time friend and colleague has assumed the leadership role and now owns the corporation.  The firm name was changed in 2011 to reflect Craig's ownership and to highlight the attention to detail and accuracy for which we have always been known.  While we dearly miss the contributions and camaraderie of our founder, we are confident in our continuing ability to get the job done.

Over the years our staff has numbered as many as nine, and for the past few years we have successfully functioned with a staff of three or four.  We have long term relationships with various engineers and consultants working in the support disciplines of Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing as well as an on-going relationship with several CAD operators if the need arises for additional help.
